Questions

How is the score calculated?

It weighs reply coverage on questions (40 points), reply speed (20), customer voices (15), whether scaled copies share one post (15) and how you moderate (10). Answering questions matters most.

What’s a good score?

80 or above means the section is working for you. Under 60 usually means unanswered questions are costing sales.
