MyWord is operated by Clingman LLC (doing business as MyWord). Program name: MyWord comment requests. For program support, email [email protected].

Clingman LLC sends MyWord text messages to people who opt in: optional requests to contribute a comment on a Facebook or Instagram post, notifications when it is your turn, and reminders. The brand is named in your invitation. Participation is voluntary; you choose whether to contribute and what to say.

Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages are sent from a MyWord service number, not the inviter’s personal phone.

Reply STOP to stop messages from the MyWord sender. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also use your invitation link to stop requests for that brand. After a STOP, re-enrollment requires replying START to the sender and opting in through a new invitation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Only enroll a number you control. If you change your number, stop messages and ask the inviter to update your contact. Sending availability depends on provider approval. These terms describe the SMS program; they do not guarantee message delivery or public comment detection.
